Role:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with specialized expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social media advertising platforms. This role is designed for an individual with a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and a proven track record in leveraging digital strategies to drive significant business growth. Experience in the retail or fashion sector, particularly with e-commerce businesses, will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Growth Strategy: Design and implement effective digital growth strategies across various online platforms, optimizing for scale and efficiency.
  • Expert Management of Ad Platforms: Direct and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other social media ad platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with growth objectives.
  • Mobile App Campaign: Develop and execute mobile app marketing strategies to increase app downloads, engagement, and customer retention.
  • Retail Store Visit Campaigns: Design and implement campaigns aimed at increasing foot traffic to retail stores, leveraging digital tools to bridge the online-to-offline customer journey.
  • Mastery of GA: Utilize Google Analytics to gather insights, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Dynamic Product Ads: Design and implement dynamic product-level advertising strategies to target and retarget customers effectively, increasing conversion rates and sales.
  • E-Commerce Growth: Apply in-depth knowledge of e-commerce strategies to drive sales, focusing on innovative approaches to digital marketing within the retail and fashion sectors.
  • Analytical Rigor: Leverage analytics to understand customer behavior, refine targeting, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, sharing insights and strategies to support overall business growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital touch points.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking out new opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a significant focus on digital marketing.
  • Deep expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant social media ad platforms, with a strong track record of driving growth.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics 360 for advanced data analysis and insight generation.
  • Extensive experience with dynamic product-level ads, demonstrating an ability to effectively target and retarget customers.
  • Solid background in the e-commerce sector, with experience in retail or fashion considered a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams, with excellent communication skills.
  • Keen on staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
