Job Location: DIP – 2
Language Required: Hindi and English
Work Days: (Monday to Thursday – Full) and Saturday half day
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
– Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram etc…
– Conduct in-depth keyword and content research to identify opportunities and create high-quality, engaging content.
– Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
– Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed sales goals.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize results.
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Create impactful marketing assets knowledge Adobe Photoshop.
– HTML / CSS, Ecommerce Knowledge
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO & Blog Content, Email Marketing and paid media advertising.
• Strong expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Excellent understanding of content marketing and keyword research.
• Hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in the Dubai market is a plus.
• Fluent in Hindi and English ( Required )

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
